This shift dress is in good but pre-owned condition. There are no visible flaws except some blue smudges on bottom (close up photos are included in post). A dry cleaner may be able to get them out or you can sew some lace over the blemishes. Either way, this dress can be worn as is or used as the perfect canvas.
